Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License
• For REMOTE roles, prior State Farm experience and expertise in NECHO, SFPP, and ECRM are required.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to problem solve
• Proven experience in sales and customer-facing roles
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for effective sales administration
• Familiarity with sales techniques and outside sales strategies is desirable
• A proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and driving results

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain client relationships, follow up as needed

• Educate clients on insurance options tailored to their needs

• Lead Generation: Seek out new opportunities through various channels, referrals, warm leads

• Cross-sell and upsell insurance services to maximize customer benefits

• Manage insurance policy tasks: payments, claim errors, policy updates

• Assist clients in protecting their possessions

• Stay informed on industry standards and regulations
