As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and independent Sales Representative to help us expand our clientele and further solidify our position as the top State Farm agency.

Position Overview : As a Remote Sales Representative , you will be responsible for building and nurturing a loyal clientele while working independently to drive sales and increase revenue for Lelly Woo-Grimes State Farm agency. This role is perfect for someone with exceptional sales skills who thrives in a remote work environment and is eager to contribute to the success of the #1 State Farm agency in the state.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Acquisition & Retention : Actively prospect and build a strong, loyal customer base in the local Garden Grove area, offering a variety of State Farm insurance products such as auto, home, life, and business insurance.
  • Sales Expertise : Utilize your proven sales skills to convert leads into clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction, meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
  • Work Independently : Work remotely with minimal supervision, maintaining high productivity, managing your own schedule, and meeting sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products.
  • Local Market Focus : Leverage your knowledge of the local community to connect with potential clients and provide personalized, relevant solutions tailored to their needs.

Qualifications :

  • Proven Sales Experience : At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule while achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to effectively engage with customers, explain complex insurance products, and build long-term relationships.
  • Strong Organizational Skills : Capable of managing multiple accounts, following up with leads, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • State Farm or Insurance Knowledge (Preferred) : Previous experience with State Farm or a similar insurance company is a plus, but not required.
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and virtual communication tools.
