As a customer service representative with Gladys Quinones Insurance & Financial Services Inc, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that support the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a good fit. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with team members, and anticipate community needs.
