Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business or sales.
• 3–5 years B2B sales, preferably in construction, formwork, scaffolding, or industrial equipment.
• Proven territory management and new business development experience.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally to HQ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market expansion goals.
• Identify growth opportunities, new products, and regional market potential.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and customer relationships across the region.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to key account support.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with the Marketing team and regional leadership.
