Job summary

Form-on USA Corp, a young, global enterprise under Doka Group, seeks a Sales Representative to expand market presence through strategic relationships and a robust go-to-market strategy. This remote role covers the assigned territory with frequent travel within the region and occasional trips to the Form-on USA Headquarters.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, formwork, scaffolding, or industrial equipment sectors.
• Proven territory management and new business development experience.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, CRM usage, and go-to-market execution.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., smartCRM) and digital communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market expansion goals.
• Identify growth opportunities, new products, and market potential across your territory.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration within Form-on and the Umdasch Group.
• Represent Form-on’s culture and values externally.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to order processing.
