Job summary

Aggreko plc in Nashville, TN is seeking a Sales Representative for Building Services & Construction. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—selling equipment rentals and services to Building Services/Construction customers, and coordinating with operations and logistics for a superb customer experience.

The role requires 3–7 years of B2B sales, knowledge of the construction process, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce/Dynamics).

Qualifications

3-7 years of direct B2B sales experience.
Basic knowledge of the construction process and manufacturing based customer focus.
Proficiency with CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar systems).
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
Developing and delivering commercial sales proposals.
Selling equipment rentals and services to our Building Services and Construction customers.
Developing medium-to-long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.
Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
Partner with the operations, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure a superb customer experience with every sale.
