Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Sales Representative in Mobile, AL to drive growth in shipbuilding, shipping and construction sectors. You will develop relationships, manage accounts, and win deals for power generation, rental equipment and services.

The role requires 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, CRM proficiency, and collaboration with Operations, Fleet and Logistics teams to deliver projects and meet annual targets.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of direct B2B sales experience.
• Basic knowledge of industrial construction and shipbuilding/shipping processes.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).
• Prior attainment of sales goals.
• Partnership with other areas of Aggreko (Operations, Fleet, Logistics).
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers in construction, shipbuilding and shipping/maritime industries.
• Cold calling, account management, presentation development, and procuring deals.
• Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders.
• Selling equipment rental and services to our construction customers.
• Developing and executing an annual territory sales plan.
• Partnering with the operations and logistics teams on project execution and complement.
• You’ll have a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors.
