DermaDream is seeking a results-driven Sales Recruiter to join a fast-growing, remote, performance-driven team. You will build pipelines, source across LinkedIn and job boards, and screen for proven sales capability in a high-volume hiring environment.

This fully remote role supports our global sales operation, with a base pay and strong commissions. You will be measured by placements, speed, and revenue contribution, and collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and sales leadership.

Formación

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Must have LinkedIn Premium Account.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Experience recruiting salespeople, appointment setters, telesales representatives, closers, or similar revenue-generating positions.
• Strong candidate sourcing ability.
• Able to generate candidates independently rather than relying only on inbound applications.
• Experience using LinkedIn for sourcing and outreach.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Reliable laptop or PC, reliable high-speed internet with backup connection, working camera and professional remote workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Source high-quality Appointment Setters and Outbound Sales Closers in the Philippines.
• Build your own candidate pipeline using LinkedIn, Facebook, Facebook groups, job boards, referrals, outbound outreach, communities, and other sourcing methods.
• Conduct structured recruiter screens to assess phone sales experience, communication, performance history, accountability, motivation, and remote readiness.
• Distinguish proven sales performers from customer service, support, or low-quality call centre applicants.
• Assess whether candidates have genuinely closed sales, set qualified appointments, or delivered effective warm transfers.
• Test candidate understanding of targets, call volume, conversion, revenue, close rates, and personal performance.
• Present the opportunity clearly and confidently, including performance expectations, working schedule, and compensation structure.
• Keep candidates engaged and moving through the process with consistent follow-up.
• Reduce interview no-shows, delays, and candidate drop-off.
• Prepare clear candidate summaries that highlight evidence, strengths, risks, and recommendation.
• Work closely with the Recruitment Manager, QA team, trainers, and sales leadership.
• Continuously improve sourcing, screening, messaging, and candidate conversion.
