Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience (full-desk or agency preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open job orders.
• Coach candidates on market trends, resumes, interviewing and compensation.
• Use AI tools and sourcing platforms to match top talent to client needs.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships through hiring lifecycle and beyond.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and consult on hiring timelines.
