Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Project Manager to grow our Manual Valve business across capital projects and end-user accounts. You will identify, quote, and manage valve opportunities from specification through order, collaborating with manufacturers, EPC firms, end users, and internal teams.

The role is remote and supports the Southeast region; ideal candidates reside in central or eastern time zones and near TN, AL, KY, MS, LA, NC, SC, GA, FL, or VA, with flexibility

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial sales, valve, PVF, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of valve applications and project sales processes.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and manage multiple opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage manual valve opportunities for capital projects from inquiry to order fulfillment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with end users, EPCs, contractors, and partners.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to drive preference, visibility, and specification influence.
• Source and evaluate valve solutions balancing technical, lead time, and commercial goals.
• Prepare quotations, review specs, and coordinate bid responses.
• Forecast opportunities and maintain pipeline management.
• Support day-to-day MRO valve requirements as needed.
• Serve as a technical and commercial resource for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and manufacturers to ensure project success.
