Job summary

Agile IT, a Microsoft AOS-G partner serving the Defense Industrial Base, seeks a Sales Project Manager to keep our pipeline moving from prospect to signed contract. You will coordinate post-quote follow-ups, keep CRM data clean, and manage MSAs and NDAs through signature.

In this fully remote role, you will partner with marketing and sales to track opportunities, assign critical follow-ups, and drive deals from quote to delivery, helping scale client success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing a high volume of concurrent projects.
• Strong data analysis skills to spot trends and improvements.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• The ability to work autonomously and keep work moving with minimal supervision in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline health from proposal to close.
• Prioritize follow-ups and direct account executives to ensure critical follow-ups happen.
• Own CRM data quality in Autotask and Zoho.
• Track contracts (MSAs and NDAs) from draft to signature.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Lead special projects from start to finish.
