Job summary

LATAM is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead client acquisition for virtual assistant placements. This remote, 1099 contractor role focuses on closing deals, building relationships, and expanding accounts with performance-based incentives.

You will conduct discovery calls, present tailored staffing solutions, negotiate terms, and transition new clients to operations for fulfillment. Excellent English and US-hours availability are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with direct responsibility for closing deals.
• Proven success selling services or intangible solutions, such as staffing or consulting.
• Strong consultative selling, needs assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
• Solid business development, prospecting, and pipeline management.
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable for sales performance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with US business hours.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls with qualified inbound leads.
