Job summary

Dexian is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to back the sales team and leadership. You will manage platform access, maintain customer and order data, process sales orders, and assist with trade show logistics in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, proficient Excel/MS Office skills, experience with CRM systems, and a collaborative mindset. This is a direct hire with a primarily remote setup; local candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, sales, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience supporting sales functions.
• Proven ability to provide professional customer support and maintain strong interpersonal relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong organizational skills; able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); intermediate Excel formulas, tables, formatting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful problem-solver.
• Flexible with working hours.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage access to company platforms and maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Assist with sales order processing, including approvals, shipping issues, and status updates.
• Respond to inquiries from internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Organize and coordinate logistics for sales events and trade shows.
• Collect and distribute information from leads and customers to teams.
• Review and update sales support tools for accuracy.
• Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation for the sales team.
• Provide administrative support to management and assist with projects.
• Perform other duties to support sales initiatives and efficiency.
