McGrath Rent Corp in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Sales Representative for a full-time, remote-eligible role with local client visits. The position offers a salary range of $82,250.00 to $132,500.00 annually, plus uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will develop strategies to identify, pursue, and close portable storage rental opportunities across multiple industries. Youll be responsible for new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in both inside and outside sales.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High motivation and passion for sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and customer databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region.
• Develop relationships with customers via phone, email, or in-person visits.
• Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to answer questions and offer solutions.
• Close deals through generated leads and prospecting.
• Increase market share in new and established markets.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and inventory teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the division’s database.
