Mobile Modular Portable Storage is hiring a Sales Representative to develop strategies for renting portable storage solutions across industry segments. You will pursue new business, build customer relationships, and provide accurate estimates and exceptional service in the Miami, FL area and beyond.

The role emphasizes prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales with a focus on meeting or exceeding quotas while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside sales experience.
• Proven prospecting for new customers.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in both inside and outside sales.
• Effective negotiation and closing skills.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills; articulate in verbal and written formats.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High motivation and passion for sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Internet and customer databases.
• Interpersonal skills with attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Effective time management in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email or occasional in-person visits.
• Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to answer questions and meet customer needs.
• Close customer deals through generated leads and prospecting.
• Increase market share in new and established markets.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and inventory staff to provide solutions.
• Place a high volume of outbound calls to match products to customer needs.
• Maintain records in the division's database for quotes and requests.
• Develop relationships within networking organizations or industry associations.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
