Exploria Resorts is seeking an In-House Sales Executive with strong Owner Line experience to elevate existing owner relationships through high-impact ownership upgrades and lifestyle-based presentations. You will deliver structured 60-minute sessions, identify upgrade opportunities, and tailor ownership solutions aligned with owners’ travel goals, representing the Exploria brand with professionalism.

• Valid Florida Real Estate License is required.
• Proven Owner Line / In-House sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong closing skills with a consultative approach.
• Executive presence and polished communication.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
