Turnitin is seeking a Sales Planning and Reporting Analyst to drive data-driven insights, develop sales plans, and deliver regular reports that optimize performance and help achieve targets.

The role partners with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams to align strategies, build dashboards in Tableau and Alteryx, and provide actionable guidance for revenue growth. Strong analytical communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in sales analytics or planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience with CRM systems (SFDC strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans and forecasts in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports; enable data-driven decisions.
• Analyze historical data, market trends, quotas, and pipeline to identify opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, product ops) to align strategies.
• Provide regular KPI updates to management and sales teams; support process improvements.
