Job summary

Teams Squared, a fully remote team augmentation company, seeks a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist with Go High Level CRM expertise to optimize end-to-end enquiry lifecycle. You will manage lead capture, consultation scheduling, reporting, and cross-platform integrations with Practina to support client acquisition and scalable delivery.

You will create newsletters, nurture historical leads, and drive improvements through analytics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Go High Level CRM and CRM automation tools.
• Familiarity with Practina or similar digital ad management tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of lead conversion funnels and CRM-based consult booking workflows.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills using CRM dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for client and internal communications.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM processes using Go High Level including custom workflows, automation, tagging, and integrations with Practina.
• Create and distribute bi-weekly newsletters and nurture communications to historical leads.
• Perform manual outreach to leads who have not booked consultations.
• Manage and distribute AI-scheduled consultations and track outcomes.
• Troubleshoot CRM workflow issues and coordinate with support providers.
• Track lead generation metrics through to consultation and case conversion.
• Support onboarding of new team members to CRM workflows and processes.
