Job summary

The Uncommon Business is an AI-first education company seeking a hands-on CRM lead to own GoHighLevel end-to-end, manage tag architecture, and drive the mar-tech stack. You will oversee automation, data hygiene, and the launch QC process, while coaching a small automation team.

You'll implement scalable CRM patterns, ensure data accuracy across funnels, and push rapid improvements to support frequent launches and evergreen initiatives. This is a remote, full-time W2 role in North America.

Qualifications

• Experience running high-volume CRM at scale with launches and reporting that matter to P&L.
• Ability to design and own tag systems, automation flows, and data governance.
• Proven track record building and shipping mar-tech—Zapier, integrations, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own GHL end-to-end, including CRM architecture and tag system.
• Design, build, and maintain Zapier flows and cross-platform integrations.
• Lead the Build Team, QC launches, and sign-off on go-lives end-to-end.
• Train and mentor L1/L2 Automation & Tech Specialists; create playbooks.
• Evaluate new GHL AI features and communicate value to leadership.
• Ensure source data integrity and fast issue resolution during launches.
