Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders through clear communication.
• Strong proficiency with CRM tools, Salesforce preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Own regional reporting and analytics.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and guide decisions.
• Monitor KPIs and present insights to regional leadership.
• Communicate trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
• Serve as the Salesforce and Power BI SME for the region.
• Ensure data quality and governance across CRM data and reports.
