Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to unlock data-driven insights and empower decision-making across Sales, Customer Service, and partners. You will collect and harmonize data from ERP/CRM systems, build dashboards, and support forecasting and performance analyses in a remote work setup.

The role emphasizes data governance, KPI development, and adoption of data tools like Power BI, Excel, and Tableau, with collaboration across global teams to improve business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field and three years of experience in Sales Operations or analytics.
• Three years of experience analyzing data from ERP, CRM, and reporting systems.
• Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and management reports using Excel/Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple systems to support decision-making.
• Serve as a liaison between Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and partners.
• Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility.
• Support forecasting, channel performance, MDF validation, and profitability reviews.
• Ensure data governance and drive data-driven continuous improvement.
