• Relevant degree or practical business experience.

• Use Salesforce and Google Sheets to create, process, and maintain sales contracts and orders.
• Manage pre-sale advertising inventory for multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Ensure all sales orders meet contracting, approval, payment term, and credit control standards.
• Coordinate with accounting to resolve client delivery questions, billing changes, and revenue queries.
• Manage the month-end close process for designated account teams in collaboration with delivery units.
• Build sales intelligence reports for forecasting and strategic projects.
