Job summary

Future PLC in the United States seeks a Sales Associate to join Future B2B. You will support pre-sale operations, process contracts, and manage multi-channel digital campaigns using Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Excel.

Reporting to the Senior Director, B2B Operations, you will ensure orders meet contracting and payment terms, coordinate with accounting, and build forecasting reports. This remote, U.S.-based role hires in 37 states, offering medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401k match, uncapped

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, order processing, or billing workflows.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Excel, and Slack.
• Strong data accuracy and clean sales contract records.
• Ability to resolve billing queries and coordinate revenue workflows.
• Excellent written communication with internal and external partners.
• Relevant degree or equivalent practical business experience.
• Experience working remotely within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce and Google Sheets to create, process, and maintain sales contracts and orders.
• Manage pre-sale advertising inventory for multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Ensure all sales orders meet contracting, approval, payment terms, and credit standards.
• Coordinate with accounting to resolve delivery questions, billing changes, and revenue queries.
• Manage the month-end close process for designated account teams in collaboration with delivery units.
• Build sales intelligence reports for forecasting, commercial analysis, and strategic business projects.
