Job summary

Connor Group is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Business Development Operations team. This role helps drive efficiency through sales operations, proposal support, and event outreach while learning multiple aspects of business development.

Location: Remote or Hybrid with limited travel. This developmental position offers mentorship, exposure to SOW development, contract administration, and Salesforce operations, with clear growth opportunities as responsibilities expand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, business operations, marketing operations, project coordination, administrative support, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales operations support to Business Development professionals and Sales Support Managers across a variety of activities.
• Assist with Salesforce opportunity setup and maintenance, data entry, record updates, and reporting.
• Support opportunity tracking, sales process administration, and internal coordination.
• Serve as a flexible resource during periods of high activity.
• Support coverage during peaks, planned or unplanned absences, and learn multiple areas of responsibility.
• Partner with Business Development and Sales Support Managers to prepare and format client-facing materials.
• Responsibilities may include proposal coordination and assembly, biography updates, slide formatting, and document quality reviews.
• Support event outreach and business development campaigns: execute templated outbound emails, track outreach, manage invitations and attendance, and assist with event logistics.
• Learn and develop into a future Sales Support Leader through mentorship and exposure to SOW development, contract administration, and Salesforce operations.
• Over time, role expands in scope and responsibility as experience grows.
