Job summary

Connor Group is seeking a Sales Support and Enablement Manager to partner with the Business Development team on the West Coast, with remote or hybrid options. You will own proposal development, SOWs, Salesforce administration, and contract support, driving efficiency and accuracy across the sales cycle.

In a fast-growing firm, you will build scalable processes, improve workflows, and collaborate with Partners, Revenue Operations, Legal, and BD stakeholders to enable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, BD support or related field
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales support from intake through completion
• Draft, coordinate, and finalize proposals and SOWs
• Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and related platforms
• Develop scalable processes and improve workflows
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives with Partners, BD, Revenue Ops, Legal
