Job summary

Connor Group is seeking a Sales Support Manager on the West Coast with a remote or hybrid work model. You will support the Business Development team, manage SOWs and proposals, and coordinate contract administration to help growth initiatives succeed.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in sales/revenue operations, strong PM skills, and a proven ability to drive efficiency. This role emphasizes collaboration across legal, revenue operations, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business development support, proposal management, contract administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to manage and execute multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted resource for Business Development professionals by managing and coordinating sales support activities from intake through completion.
• Support opportunities, proposals, SOWs, approval processes, contract execution, Salesforce updates, and related sales administration.
• Partner with Business Development and Engagement teams to draft, coordinate, and finalize high-quality proposals and SOWs.
