Job summary

Luminultra is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to optimize processes, systems, data, and commercial support for a high-growth sales organization. You will work at the intersection of Sales, analytics, and process improvement, using data-driven insights to enhance execution and performance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Sales Operations or related analytics, experience with Salesforce and Power BI, and strong capabilities in data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and program

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or related analytics roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience supporting a B2B sales organization in complex environments (industrial/tech).
• Experience driving sales effectiveness through Salesforce and Power BI (reporting, data quality, adoption).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with translating data to action.
• Strong project and change management abilities leading initiatives end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple levels.
• Highly organized with strong data accuracy and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline management, forecasting, KPIs and performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
• Create and publish SOPs for commercial functions (contracts, training, pricing).
• Identify opportunities across the sales funnel to improve conversion and velocity.
• Coordinate onboarding and training across systems and processes.
• Lead strategic, continuous improvement initiatives for scalability and data quality.
