Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales lifecycle, forecasting and analytics for a Federal customer. This remote/telework role requires strong data analytics, SFDC and Oracle experience, and the ability to collaborate with senior sales leadership.

You will design processes, provide accurate forecasts, and deliver reporting to supply chain and demand planning teams while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business operations or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in enterprise technology environment.
• Experience with SFDC and Oracle.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• AI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes for forecasting, analytics and order management across US channel partners.
• Consult with senior leaders to identify analytics and outcomes.
• Meet resource and sales client needs within the overall operations framework.
• Develop quality leadership and guidance across cross-organizational projects.
• Drive adoption of new technologies in sales operations tools.
