Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to develop, implement and optimize processes and tools across the US channel to support forecasting, orders and revenue reporting.

The role requires strong Excel and analytics, experience with SFDC/Oracle, and the ability to work with senior leaders. A remote/teleworker setup is possible, with some preference for near HPE sites and hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in business operations or similar areas.
• 3+ years in enterprise technology environment.
• Experience with SFDC and Oracle.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Data and financial analytics experience.
• Ability to communicate and build relationships within the business and with external customers.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• AI experience preferred.
• Experience with external customers is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances within the business.
• Experience with Senior sales management interaction.
• Experience as an SME or Team Lead.
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure resources and knowledge to meet targets; provide detailed and accurate forecasting and reporting to supply chain and demand planning teams.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes and tools to provide sales forecasting, analytics and metrics, order management, and operations support across US channel partners.
• Consult with senior business leaders to identify analytics, metrics and outcomes for the assigned areas.
• Operate within the sales operations framework, including forecasts and budgets, to meet resource and sales client needs.
• Manage and expand relationships with internal and external partners for quality audits and building quality culture.
• Provide domain-specific expertise and leadership to cross-organization projects and activities.
• Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into sales operations tools and activities.
