The role partners with Sales, Revenue Operations, and IT to deliver scalable AI insights, production AI models, and dashboards for forecast accuracy and sales productivity. Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in data science, computer science, AI, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data science, ML, or AI, with enterprise deployments.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; cloud platforms (Azure) and MLOps.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to drive sales performance and efficiency.
• Develop predictive models for sales forecasting, pipeline health, lead scoring, and territory planning.
• Build AI copilots, agents, and RAG solutions to improve seller productivity.
• Analyze CRM, sales, and operations data to identify trends and risks.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, IT to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Build production-ready AI models and MLOps processes with monitoring.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports for pipeline, forecast accuracy, and KPIs.
• Stay current on AI tech and recommend innovative solutions for commercial effectiveness.
