Job summary

XTIUM is seeking a Sales Operations Engineer to join its Deal Desk. You will deliver accurate price quotations for Core Services, coordinate opportunities, maintain process docs, and guide solution reviews to align with customer needs and business goals.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams, manage SOWs and RFPs, and monitor KPIs to improve efficiency. This remote role offers growth in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT/Business.
• 1–3 years in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Pre-Sales in IT MSP.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong pricing, solution design and sales process understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed, accurate price quotations from Salesforce opportunities and pricing requests.
• Craft deals using established service and pricing guidelines.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to design solutions meeting customer needs.
• Maintain Deal Desk docs in SharePoint and Salesforce (SOWs, cost models, templates).
• Qualify, scope, and present tailored opportunities with customers and sales teams.
• Coordinate solution reviews and communicate win strategies with Solution Sales Executives.
• Support sales data analysis for executive meetings and KPI reporting.
• Ensure timely responses and alignment of SOWs, proposals, and RFPs with offerings.
