Job summary

Nodpod is recruiting for a remote, full-time Operations role focused on wholesale order management and partner support. You will process orders from Faire, MarketTime, and other channels, manage storefronts, and work with our Fulfillment & Logistics manager to ensure accurate and timely shipments.

You will serve as the primary contact for wholesale partners, monitor EDI health, maintain vendor portals, and drive improvements across invoicing, product SKUs, and reporting to save time and money.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets including pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong attention to pricing data and account information.
• Able to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partners.
• Self-starter, able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own wholesale orders from start to finish across Faire, MarketTime, and other channels; manage storefronts and coordinate with Fulfillment & Logistics to ensure accurate, on-time shipping.
• Be the go-to contact for wholesale partners, providing order updates, onboarding, and quick problem-solving for reps and marketplaces.
• Monitor EDI health for major retail accounts, keep vendor portals up to date, and communicate impacts to internal stakeholders for mitigation; perform ops/admin tasks to support large accounts.
• Maintain invoicing, keep SKU catalogs current across platforms, and use reporting to identify time and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with brand protection to catch counterfeits, flag pricing issues, and keep wholesale partners aligned with Nodpod presentation.
