Job summary

RL People is seeking a Sales & Operations Support Supervisor in the Dallas area. You will coordinate daily sales operations, order processing, customer support, and warehouse execution, acting as the main link between customers, warehouse, logistics providers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with ERP experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in sales operations, customer operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, lookups, and operational reporting.
• Experience with an ERP system for order entry and inventory movement.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with daily customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP transactions from quotes to shipments and invoices.
• Convert approved quotes into sales orders and monitor staging through to order closure.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and warehouse teams for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Serve as primary ops contact for customers on order status and documentation requests.
• Support RMAs and resolve operational issues (pickup delays, BOL discrepancies).
