Perry Ellis International, Inc. is seeking a Sales Administrator to act as the operational backbone of the sales department, ensuring orders flow smoothly from entry to delivery.

You will liaise with Sales, Sourcing, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams while supporting customers with updates and RMAs. The role emphasizes strong organization, effective communication, and proficiency in Excel within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computers and Excel

Responsibilities

• Enter and oversee all customer purchase orders across all product lines.
• Maintain real-time tracking logs for purchase orders and In-Transits to ensure delivery timelines.
• Review EDI transmissions, identifying and resolving pricing or quantity discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams on updates and shipping schedules.
• Audit open order reports, manage backorders, and update delivery dates with approval.
• Generate inventory availability reports to keep internal teams informed of stock status.
• Assist customers with order updates and setup sheets, and support RMAs and special initiatives.
