- Convert approved quotes into sales orders, issue pick orders, and monitor staging through to order closure.
- Coordinate with accounts on funding requirements and confirm receipt of payment before release.
- Upload order documentation (POs, ASNs, serials, weights/dimensions, BOLs, photos) and send final invoices to accounts.
- Investigate, document, and report shipment discrepancies, inventory variances, and customer claims.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and KPIs to support management decision-making.
Warehouse & Inbound Coordination
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities with 3PL partners across inbound receiving, inventory processing, and outbound shipments.
- Partner closely with the Operations Line Supervisor to ensure accurate receiving, inventory tracking, and issue resolution.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and proactively address operational exceptions.
- Collect and validate shipping and compliance documentation (BOLs, serial numbers, packing lists, weights & dimensions).
- Conduct periodic on-site visits to the Dallas warehouse to validate processes, inventory controls, and workflow compliance.
- Customer & Account Support
- Serve as the primary operational contact for customers regarding order status, shipment information, and documentation requests.
- Support RMAs and resolve operational issues (pickup delays, BOL discrepancies, driver issues).
Required Qualifications

- Experience in electronics refurbishment, trade-in, or reverse-logistics operations.
