The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the sales and operations teams, manages contract reviews, and ensures smooth onboarding of client paperwork. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and cross-department collaboration.

The position offers remote work within the U.S. and requires availability five days a week during designated hours, with potential on-site adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to support multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by processing online paperwork and reviewing contracts.
• Collect outstanding client documents and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize operations and meet deadlines.
• Monitor dashboards and ensure timely turnaround on client files.
• Act as liaison between Sales and other departments to assist Account Executives.
• Provide administrative support to a large sales team, manage inquiries and marketing material procurement.
• Uphold department values and foster teamwork.
