Paylocity is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Sales and Operations teams by managing processes, reviewing contracts for accuracy, and coordinating client documents to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role requires collaboration across departments, strong attention to detail, and effective communication to meet deadlines. This is a Fully Remote (U.S.

Only) position. You must be available five days per week during designated hours and align with Pacific or Mountain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by processing online paperwork, reviewing contracts for accuracy and completeness, and collecting outstanding client documents.
• Ensure compliance with client-required documentation and initiate service set-up by creating cases.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales operations, maximize efficiency, and meet deadlines.
• Monitor dashboards for client files and projects, ensuring timely turnaround.
• Assist Account Executives and provide administrative support to a large team of sales representatives.
