Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations or related fields.
• 3+ years in enterprise technology environment.
• Experience with SFDC and Oracle.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Data and financial analytics experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
• AI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes and tools to provide sales forecasting, analytics and metrics, order management, and operations support across US channel partners.
• Consult with senior business leaders to identify analytics, metrics and outcomes for assigned areas.
• Work within overall sales operations framework including forecasts and budgets to meet needs.
• Manage and expand relationships with internal and external partners for quality audits and process improvements.
• Provide domain-specific expertise and lead cross-organization projects.
