Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to develop and implement processes that enable the sales lifecycle, including pricing, orders, invoicing, and forecasting. The role optimizes analytics, revenue reporting, and sales productivity while maintaining SFDC and other tools.

Candidates should have strong Excel skills and experience with enterprise tech. The position supports a Federal customer; US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in business operations or similar areas; openness to fit if not exact background.
3+ years prior experience in enterprise technology environments.
Experience with SFDC (Salesforce) and Oracle databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Strong data analytics and financial analytics experience.
Ability to communicate and build relationships with internal teams and external customers.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; AI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and implement processes and tools for sales forecasting, analytics and metrics.
Forecasts, analyzes order pipeline, bookings, revenue and sales productivity.
Maintain and enhance sales force automation systems and margin management tools.
Lead or provide SME direction to cross-functional teams and initiatives.
Mentor teammates; provide guidance to improve processes and policies.
Collaborate with US channel partners to meet targets and support demand planning.
