Job summary

JBAndrews, in partnership with a global leader, is seeking a Sales Manager for a fully remote role targeting North America. You will drive strategic growth, market expansion, and customer engagement in the Thermal Insulation - Industrial segment across NA.

You will identify opportunities, build key stakeholder relationships, and lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of high-temperature industry technical sales in manufacturing or processing.
• Strong background in refractory sales or related thermal/insulation applications.
• Understanding of manufacturing methods, thermal insulation, and heat transfer principles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and untapped segments to expand the Thermal Insulation portfolio.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy with pipeline development and performance tracking.
• Provide expert guidance on high-temperature applications to improve operations and cost savings.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain and Customer Service for go-to-market alignment.
