Job summary

Promat is seeking a Thermal Insulation Sales Manager- Industry to lead strategic sales for North America, with a focus on steel, metals processing and high-temperature sectors. The role is remote in the United States, with travel up to 50% as needed to grow accounts and build key relationships.

You will identify new opportunities, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth while aligning with Promat's sustainability and market leadership goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in high-temperature industry technical sales in manufacturing or processing.
• Solid understanding of thermal insulation, heat transfer, and relevant methods.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and strong communication skills.
• Able to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Knowledge of industrial product engineering standards and pricing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to grow Promat's TII footprint.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Develop proactive sales strategy with account targeting, pipeline development, and forecasts.
• Provide guidance on TII applications to show cost savings and efficiency.
• Monitor trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
• Prepare reports highlighting growth opportunities and market dynamics.
• Represent Promat at trade shows and industry events to boost visibility.
• Coordinate with international teams to align global initiatives with regional goals.
