Job summary

Indenovo Global Search & Selection is partnering with an industry-leading organization to hire a Sales Manager specializing in Mission-Critical Infrastructure. The role is remote in the United States with travel across North America and close collaboration with hyperscale data centers, EPC firms and colocation providers.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of technical sales experience in mission-critical infrastructure, strong MV electrical knowledge, and proven skills in pricing,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical sales experience in mission-critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of MV electrical systems, generators and backup power.
• Understanding of data center power infrastructure and redundancy architectures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into commercial solutions.
• Experience in pricing strategy development and margin analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of generator and power system projects for hyperscale data centers, colocation providers and EPC firms.
• Lead sales efforts including pricing, proposal development, contract negotiations, and commercial strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive and technical stakeholders.
• Develop account plans aligned with customer growth and long-term infrastructure needs.
• Support solution development for generators and data center power architectures.
• Coordinate RFQ/RFP responses with internal teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage project pursuits from opportunity identification to contract award and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and spec changes.
• Support business planning, product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
