Job summary

Neurai Tech is seeking a sales leader to drive personal sales and strong team performance. You will own targets, guide the team, and recruit to fill capability gaps while continuing to sell the product personally.

Responsibilities include mentoring, pipeline review, and close collaboration with marketing, product and support to ensure consistent revenue growth. This role is fully remote with global applications welcome.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in sales, including experience leading a team.
• Evidence of personal sales achievement and improving other people’s performance.
• Experience managing targets, pipelines and forecasts.
• Ability to recruit, coach and hold colleagues accountable.
• Strong customer-fit and commercial judgment, with willingness to remain directly involved in selling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve an agreed personal sales target and take responsibility for team results.
• Translate goals into clear individual targets, priorities and fair lead allocation.
• Review pipelines, identify stalled opportunities and help colleagues progress deals.
• Coach through feedback, call reviews and practical support.
• Identify hiring gaps, assess candidates and onboard new team members.
• Set consistent standards for qualification, CRM tracking and forecasting.
• Support challenging demonstrations, objections and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with marketing, product and customer support. Report performance honestly and take corrective action.
