Job summary

Neurai Tech is seeking a marketing lead to build repeatable inbound acquisition strategies that grow website signups and convert self-service users into paying customers. You will identify customer segments, run campaigns end-to-end, and document repeatable growth methods while coaching juniors.

This is a fully remote role with India-focused objectives and performance-based incentives. Expect to collaborate with product, sales and the founder for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience with campaign improvements.
• Proven experiments and positioning decisions you personally implemented.
• Commercial judgment interpreting imperfect funnel data.
• Ability to mentor colleagues while remaining hands-on in campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify promising customer segments and sharpen positioning to attract people who can discover, evaluate and sign up for CommentFor through the website.
• Personally run campaigns while diagnosing the full journey from acquisition to signup-form completion, activation and paid conversion.
• Design experiments across channels, messages and landing pages with clear hypotheses, budgets and success or stop criteria tied to inbound sales and self-service growth.
• Compare qualified inbound demand, signup quality and acquisition efficiency across channels without confusing correlation with causation.
• Document repeatable growth methods, coach junior colleagues and work with product, sales and the founder to remove barriers to self-service conversion.
