Job summary

Neurai Tech is seeking a marketing leader to own the team’s inbound growth and drive self-service signups through the website. You will guide campaigns, optimize conversions and report attribution honestly, with a focus on paid and organic channels.

Remote role, primarily focused on India, with global applications welcome. Expect responsibility for budget allocation, team coaching and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable growth and inbound sales.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant experience including team leadership.
• Evidence of personal campaign results and improving others’ performance.
• Experience prioritising budgets, coaching colleagues and working across marketing and sales.
• Willingness to execute directly; personal targets account for management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into team and individual targets for qualified inbound enquiries, signup activations and sales.
• Own the inbound growth results while leading selected campaigns and conversion improvements.
• Allocate approved budgets and people across channels using signup-to-paid conversion and acquisition efficiency; correct underperforming activity.
• Coach colleagues, assess capability gaps and build a team that delivers measurable self-service growth.
• Coordinate with product, sales and creative teams to improve signup and activation journey, support inbound prospects, and report results honestly.
