Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a field sales team from prospecting to close while partnering with production, engineering and transportation. You will drive quotes, pricing and customer service excellence across North America.

The role requires 5+ years in sales management in industrial/construction environments, with proficiency in Office and CRM tools. Base travel to PA plants is expected on a remote-friendly basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales management experience in industrial or construction environments.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains and mentors a sales team responsible for prospecting through close of business.
• Lead an outside sales team to develop relationships with contractors and engineers.
• Oversee the estimating function, ensuring accurate take-offs, quotes and timely responses.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Review market analytics to determine customer needs, pricing and discounts.
• Provide timely communication with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service.
