Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, seeks a Sales Manager (Construction) based in PA to lead the sales team from prospecting to close. You will collaborate with the Estimating group to deliver accurate quotes and pricing while strengthening relationships with contractors and engineers in the North American market.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic sales planning, and cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, and transportation to ensure exceptional customer

Qualifications

5+ years of sales management experience in industrial or construction environment requested.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM software.
Experience with SAP or Salesforce CPQ would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead Outside Sales and Estimating teams to win projects and develop relationships with contractors.
Mentor and train the team to improve quotes accuracy and turnaround times.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
Coordinate with production, engineering and transportation to fulfill customer needs.
