Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a Market Development Manager to build end-user relationships, drive demand, and influence product selection across the assigned territory. This remote role requires residence in Eastern PA or NJ and regular travel.

You will work with regional sales to identify opportunities and support product adoption. The position offers a base salary of $85,000–$125,000, a 10% bonus, vehicle allowance, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k),

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, contractor development, or building products.
• Ability to translate technical product features into customer value.
• Self-directed, organized, and willing to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with high-potential contractors, masons, builders, and other end users.
• Identify and evaluate emerging market segments and develop expansion strategies.
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and contractor training.
• Generate demand by identifying upcoming projects and engaging stakeholders early.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to target key accounts and hand off opportunities.
• Monitor competitive activity and share insights with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of target accounts, activities, and outcomes.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
