Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Sales Manager to lead a field-based team from prospecting to close, ensuring excellent customer service and revenue growth. The role is based at our plant in Telford, PA, requiring hands-on leadership of an Outside Sales team, Estimators, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, production and purchasing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales management experience in industrial or construction environment preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• SAP, Salesforce CPQ would be very beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and mentor a team of OSRs on the road with contractors.
• Build and maintain project quotes and timely response times.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet goals.
• Review market analytics to determine customer needs and pricing.
• Provide timely communication with internal departments for seamless support.
• Ride along with sales reps to strengthen relationships and opportunities.
