Job summary

PSG is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales and applications into refrigeration, HVAC/R, and cooling systems in the US. You will drive growth with OEMs, system integrators, contractors and direct customers, coordinating with marketing and engineering to maximize opportunities.

The role requires 5+ years of technical sales experience, strong consultative skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% domestically. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or business is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience selling into refrigeration, HVAC/R, cooling markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven success developing OEMs, system integrators, contractors and direct customers.
• Strong technical and consultative sales ability; able to translate technical value.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% domestically; reside near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental US sales growth and expand market share in refrigeration and cooling markets.
• Develop route-to-market strategies using direct, OEM, system integrator, and distributor channels.
• Build specifications and design-wins through relationships with key influencers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering and Finance to support budgets and plans.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights for sales enablement.
